Overview We are looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-service oriented Houseperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, has a background in cleaning or housekeeping, and is interested in becoming a part of a fun, close-knit team. Previous hotel industry experience is a plus, but not required. Shift 7a-3p and 1p-9p

Responsibilities:

• Stock housekeeping carts
• Stock store rooms
• Assist in rooms as needed
• Clean common areas & grounds
• Be available to assist Front Desk with guest requests
• Assist in laundry as needed
• Clean up spills, hair, and trash.
• Remove garbage from rooms.
• Be able to lift a mattress, box spring, or armoire.

Skills Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, mops, and other janitorial tools Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond effectively in urgent situations Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, manual handling tasks, and working in various environmental conditions Join us in creating a welcoming environment where cleanliness meets excellence!
