The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest suites and assigned hotel areas while following Hilton cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest suites according to hotel and Hilton brand standards. Make beds, replace linens, and replenish towels and guest supplies. Clean bathrooms, kitchen areas, appliances, furniture, floors, and other surfaces. Dust, vacuum, mop, remove trash, and sanitize high-touch areas. Inspect rooms to ensure they are clean, properly stocked, and ready for guests. Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, and safety hazards promptly. Properly handle lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures. Stock and maintain the housekeeping cart and supply areas. Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning products and equipment. Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests. Protect guest privacy and maintain the security of guest rooms and hotel property. Assist with laundry, public-area cleaning, or other housekeeping duties when needed. Work collaboratively with the housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures. Complete additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and time-management skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Friendly and professional attitude. Ability to follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and brand standards. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 25-30 pounds. Ability to push and maneuver a fully stocked housekeeping cart. Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and work with approved cleaning products.
