Honor Bound Cleaning, a veteran-owned residential and commercial cleaning company, is hiring experienced house cleaners in Prescott and Prescott Valley. We're actively growing, taking on several large commercial and residential accounts, so there's real, steady work here, not just occasional one-off jobs. As we continue to grow, there's real opportunity for consistent, full workweeks for the right cleaners. This is 1099 independent contractor work with flat per-job pay, so efficient, quality cleaners are rewarded, not penalized for finishing on time. Duties

• Perform thorough residential and commercial cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
• Deep-clean tasks including baseboards, trim, reachable vents, and detailed bathroom scrubbing
• Move-in/move-out cleans including inside oven, fridge, and cabinets
• Property turnover cleans for apartment and rental accounts
• Communicate clearly with clients and our team about job status and any on-site concerns Qualifications
• 1+ year of professional residential cleaning experience required
• Reliable transportation and your own basic cleaning supplies
• Comfortable working solo or as part of a two-person team
• Willing to work as a 1099 independent contractor
• Must pass a background check. General liability insurance ($1M/$2M) is required, but don't let that worry you, it typically runs $30-100/month depending on the carrier, it's tax-deductible as a business expense, and we'll walk you through getting set up if you don't already have a policy
