Hotel Housekeeper Wildflower Inn Wildflower Inn is looking for reliable, experienced housekeepers who take pride in clean rooms and like the opportunity to earn more through strong productivity. This position uses a per-room compensation model designed to reward efficient, quality housekeeping. Compensation $11.00 per checkout room $6.00 per requested stayover room $5.50 daily housekeeping setup allowance for normal cart stocking and relocation Target checkout cleaning time is approximately 30 minutes per room At target productivity, earnings are approximately $22 per hour Employees are guaranteed all applicable minimum-wage and overtime requirements This is a great opportunity for an experienced housekeeper who can work efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards. What You'll Do Clean and prepare guest rooms for arriving guests Complete requested stayover service Make beds and clean bathrooms Restock guest supplies and amenities Remove trash and used linen Maintain and stock your housekeeping cart Report maintenance or room-condition issues Update room status as required Maintain Wildflower Inn's cleanliness and presentation standards This position is focused primarily on guest-room housekeeping . If you are occasionally assigned other hotel duties outside of normal room-cleaning responsibilities, that work will be tracked and compensated separately. What We're Looking For Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred Ability to consistently clean a standard checkout room in approximately 30-35 minutes Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance Ability to work independently Ability to maintain quality while working efficiently Willingness to follow room inspection and cleanliness standards Ability to perform the physical requirements of hotel housekeeping Why This Pay Model? A housekeeper completing checkout rooms at our target pace of approximately two rooms per hour earns the equivalent of about $22 per hour , with the opportunity to earn more based on productivity and room assignments.
