Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our center is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, and providing outstanding customer service to clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a comfortable environment that exceeds expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a clean, organized, and inviting space every day. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors to maintain a pristine environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, food court, and common areas regularly. Provide exceptional customer service. Manage commercial cleaning assignments with attention to detail, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned according to established standards. Care for carpets and upholstery. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards.
