Full Job Description Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, housekeeping crew members perform skilled and semi-skilled cleaning tasks and operate various types of cleaning equipment to care for and maintain the functionality and cleanliness of buildings and grounds for Sun Lakes HOA II common areas and assist in the set up of equipment necessary for the preparation and completion of events as assigned. Cleans furniture, equipment, glass, floors, walls and counters as specified in assigned areas. Vacuums carpeted areas in assigned locations. Cleans, disinfects and maintains supplies in restrooms and showers in common areas in assigned locations. Maintains cleanliness of the grounds by picking up refuse as found and sweeping/washing/scraping gum off walkways in assigned areas. Cleans fan blades and vents in all assigned areas. Ensures that OSHA safe working conditions are maintained. Empties and cleans waste receptacles and replaces liners in assigned areas. Completes set up of equipment for events as assigned. Works in collaboration with other housekeeping personnel and assists as needed or requested. Performance Requirements Responsible for cleanliness, safety and the appearance of all common areas and grounds. Works in a mature, efficient and professional manner exhibiting respect for co-workers as well as for superiors and visitors to the complex. Demonstrates knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment to be used in the completion of assigned tasks. Reliable attendance according to assigned scheduling. Other duties assigned - Completes/performs other tasks as requested by the employee's manager. The General Manager may also request employees to perform duties not specifically included in the employee's job description.

The physical demand described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
Work days:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday Work hours: 4:00 am - 2:30 pm Days off: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Work four 10 hour days - 40 hour workweek
