You'll help ensure each space is clean, safe, and ready for occupancy—making a real difference for those we serve. Responsibilities Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of homes and businesses affected by damage Safely clean areas impacted by mold, smoke, fire, or water Handle contents cleaning, including furniture and personal belongings Operate and maintain equipment such as air scrubbers, vacuums, and dehumidifiers Follow safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE Maintain cleanliness and organization of company tools and vehicles Requirements Prior cleaning, environmental services, or janitorial experience preferred Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow protocols Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Comfortable working in environments affected by disaster or contamination Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Training and advancement opportunities Health and dental benefits for eligible employees Supportive team atmosphere A meaningful role helping people during difficult times
