Housekeeping/Laundry Job Summary Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment throughout a 77-bed skilled nursing facility. Duties include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, offices, and other assigned areas; collecting, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and resident clothing; handling laundry supplies and equipment properly; and following infection-control and safety procedures. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and respectful interaction with residents and staff. The employee must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning and laundry tasks throughout the shift.
