Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our lodges in Big Bear Lake, CA are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services, managing household chores efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment for clients. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and customer service skills will contribute to delivering an outstanding experience for our residents. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across all areas of the lodges before/after guest checkout Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens with care and efficiency Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, carpet cleaning, floor care, and floor cleaning procedures using appropriate equipment Implement proper sanitation protocols for kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio cleaning or yard tidying when required Use cleaning detergents and cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to health and safety standards Communicate professionally with property managers to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures along with familiarity with various cleaning surfaces and equipment Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with carpet cleaning, floor care, dusting, laundry, and janitorial duties is highly desirable Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable living spaces!
