SUMMARY OF POSITION

Responsible for overall appearance for public areas of the resort property Cleans all public areas including but not limited to hallways, stairwells, Front Desk/Lobby areas, public restrooms and empties trash internal to facility as applicable

JOB DUTIES

Clean Front Desk area and offices as requested by AGM/GM on schedule as requested by Supervisor Clean public restrooms, Conference Center, Lobby, Pool Lobby, and Hotel Lobby each shift. Clean hallways and note maintenance issues on checklist each shift Perform cleaning functions for Recreation Rooms as requested Expected to practice "Exceptional Service" skills in all communications and services. Perform any and all other job duties deemed appropriate and necessary by the Resort's Supervisors, Managers and/or

MOD. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Experience and understanding of basic housekeeping skills: Vacuuming, trash collection, floor cleaning and non-slip safety kills Must have good guest relations skills Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
