The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including commercial spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and a commitment to providing a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Ensure all areas are sanitized and free from debris, including restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Handle industrial cleaning tasks in accordance with safety protocols. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when replenishment is necessary. Provide porter services by moving furniture or equipment as required for events or maintenance activities. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in both commercial and residential settings. What We're Looking For Prior cleaning or janitorial experience required Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done Fluent English speaker (required for direct communication with on-site client staff) Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Available Monday-Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend coverage Professional appearance and demeanor — this is a client-facing corporate environment Schedule & Hours Monday- Friday, some ocassional weekends 8:30AM - 4:30
