Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met. Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep surfaces safe and visually appealing. Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio cleaning or yard tidying when required. Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or moving household items to prevent injury. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their specific needs and preferences to deliver personalized service. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with precision. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members. Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning tasks or yard maintenance. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, carpet cleaning methods, and janitorial supplies is essential.
