Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to meet high cleanliness standards Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures consistently across all areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and fixtures effectively Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with proper technique to prevent injury Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patios or entryways, contributing to overall property upkeep Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform outdoor work when necessary Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Basic knowledge of cleaning detergents and disinfectants along with proper manual handling procedures Join our team and be part of a vibrant workplace where your dedication to cleanliness makes a real difference!
