Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Maintain detailed attention to detail when cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas to ensure all spaces are spotless and sanitized Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as sweeping porches or patios and maintaining outdoor furniture or fixtures when needed Use proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and effectively Apply floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, or tile maintenance to enhance flooring appearance and longevity Deliver excellent customer service by respecting clients' preferences, communicating professionally, and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning backgrounds are a plus Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, carpet extractors, and floor buffers Knowledge of sanitation standards and safe handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies Experience with laundry processes including stain removal and fabric care techniques Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while completing tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments Physical capability for manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking Customer service skills that foster positive relationships with clients and address their specific needs confidently Embark on a rewarding journey where your attention to detail transforms homes into pristine sanctuaries!
