We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and highly organized Personal Assistant / Household Assistant to provide day-to-day support for a busy business owner. This is a hands-on position that combines personal assistance, household support,errands, and general day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable getting their hands dirty, takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and can handle a wide variety of responsibilities without needing to be micromanaged. No two days will necessarily look the same, so flexibility and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are important. Responsibilities Personal & Business Support Assist with everyday personal and business-related tasks Run errands and handle miscellaneous tasks as they come up Grocery shopping and household supply runs Local deliveries and pickups Flyer distribution and other promotional tasks Help organize and manage day-to-day responsibilities Take on additional tasks as needed Household Responsibilities General cleaning and upkeep of the residence Laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting clothes away Organizing and maintaining household areas General household chores Keeping the home clean, tidy, and organized Grocery shopping and stocking household necessities Pet Care Walking dogs Feeding and caring for dogs Bathing/washing dogs Basic dog grooming and brushing Cleaning up after pets Helping with other pet-related needs as they arise What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and punctual Trustworthy and respectful of privacy Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Willing to do a variety of tasks without saying, "That's not my job" Comfortable working around dogs and other pets Able to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively Professional, friendly, and dependable Flexible and willing to adapt as priorities change Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle and transportation Clean and responsible driving history Previous experience as a personal assistant, housekeeper, household manager, pet caregiver, or similar role is a plus Must be comfortable performing both household and outdoor tasks Must be comfortable around dogs Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
