$19-$22 per hour, plus a potential gas stipend for each shift worked. Job Summary Circle Bar B Guest Ranch is a family-owned guest ranch located in scenic Refugio Canyon, approximately 20 minutes north of Goleta. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our team as soon as possible. Our property includes 17 guest accommodations, a Main Lodge, Dining Room, Bar and Lounge, Game Room, and other shared guest areas. In this role, you will help ensure that our accommodations and public spaces are clean, comfortable, and ready to welcome guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest accommodations for arrivals. Make beds and replace bed linens and towels. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sinks, toilets, and other surfaces. Replenish toiletries, towels, and guest supplies. Vacuum carpets and sweep and mop hard-surface floors. Dust furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces. Empty trash and remove used linens from guest accommodations. Wash, dry, fold, and organize bed linens and towels. Clean and maintain the Main Lodge, Dining Room, Bar and Lounge, Game Room, public restrooms, and other shared spaces. Keep housekeeping carts, supply areas, and laundry facilities clean and organized. Follow established procedures for the safe use and storage of cleaning products. Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, safety hazards, and lost guest belongings promptly. Assist with deep-cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as needed. Help ensure accommodations are completed on time for guest check-in. Qualifications Previous hotel, resort, commercial, or residential housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality. Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members. Friendly and professional when interacting with guests. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying linens and housekeeping supplies. Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, particularly during busy weekends, weddings, group retreats, and property buyouts.
