The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel or industrial cleaning and possess strong skills in housekeeping management and hospitality. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Conduct floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed. Requirements Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning preferred. Strong understanding of housekeeping management practices and hospitality standards. Ability to perform custodial duties efficiently with attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
