Job Summary Join our vibrant glamping resort team as a Housekeeper, where your dedication to cleanliness and hospitality will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of our luxurious accommodations and common areas, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and comfortable. Your attention to detail, safety awareness, and customer service skills will contribute to the overall excellence of our resort environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team committed to delivering exceptional outdoor lodging experiences. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest accommodations, including floor care, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitation of surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Handle cleaning equipment and chemical agents safely, following safety data sheets (SDS) and proper handling procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Conduct janitorial tasks such as mopping, sweeping, polishing, and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens in accordance with sanitation protocols. Manage lifting tasks related to moving furniture, linens, or cleaning supplies while adhering to manual handling safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces like hallways, laundry areas, and outdoor communal zones to enhance guest comfort. Follow hotel housekeeping management procedures, including reporting maintenance issues and ensuring compliance with hotel emergency procedures. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Experience Prior hotel housekeeping experience or custodial experience is highly preferred; familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and manual handling comfortably and safely.
