We provide high-quality estate and commercial cleaning services, and are looking for team members who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, calm, welcoming spaces for our clients. We are currently seeking employees with availability for both day shifts and evening/night shifts. Schedules may vary depending on client needs. Position Responsibilities Perform general residential and commercial cleaning duties Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas Empty trash and replace liners as needed Clean and maintain floors and other surfaces Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Properly and safely use cleaning products and equipment Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while working in client homes and businesses Report any property damage, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to management Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive on time [must have a valid drivers license and auto-insurance] Strong time-management skills Ability to follow instructions and company procedures Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and carry reasonable cleaning equipment and supplies Must be dependable, trustworthy, and professional Schedule We are currently hiring for: Day Shift / Morning & Afternoon Coverage Evening & Night Shift Coverage Schedules and hours may vary based on client needs.
