Summary The Room Attendant Lead supports the Housekeeping team by leading through example, training new Room Attendants, ensuring guest rooms meet hotel cleanliness standards, and promoting productivity and quality. This working lead also helps maintain organized and clean back-of-house housekeeping areas. The pay rate for this position is $21.00-$24.80 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that The Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education. Key Responsibilities Train and mentor new Room Attendants on cleaning procedures, safety, and brand standards. Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet quality standards before being released. Coach team members on cleaning quality, productivity, and proper procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas. Monitor supply levels and report maintenance or operational concerns. Assist with room cleaning and daily housekeeping operations as needed. Foster teamwork, accountability, and excellent guest service. Qualifications 1-2 years of hotel housekeeping experience required. Previous lead or training experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to coach others while maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude.
