WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Multi-Site Porter/Housekeeper, you will help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of multiple communities. You'll make sure grounds, common areas, amenities, offices, and vacant apartments are clean, organized, and ready for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Grounds & Property Appearance Pick up trash from grounds, parking areas, and property perimeters Sweep sidewalks, breezeways, clubhouse entrances, and parking areas Maintain dumpster areas and perform scheduled power washing Paint curbs, stripe parking lots, and paint speed bumps as needed Control and eliminate weeds Straighten exterior signage Replace breezeway light bulbs Maintain mailbox areas and other shared spaces Pool & Amenity Areas Clean and maintain pool areas, furniture, and decks Empty amenity-area trash receptacles Sweep, hose, and power wash pool decks as needed Scrub pool sides as needed Assume full pool-maintenance responsibility where applicable Common Areas & Facilities Maintain laundry room trash receptacles Clean fluorescent light panels in laundry rooms Keep maintenance rooms clean and organized Keep common areas clutter-free, sanitary, and presentable Housekeeping Clean offices, clubrooms, and restrooms daily Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture Clean windows and empty wastebaskets Clean kitchen areas when applicable Vacuum, dust, and touch-up model and show units Thoroughly clean laundry rooms, including machines, floors, trash cans, and windows Clean dryer vents Clean make-ready apartments as assigned Touch-up and freshen move-in apartments for the following day Maintain an inventory of cleaning materials and supplies Apartment Turns & Maintenance Support Trash out vacant apartments Assist Maintenance Technicians under Lead Maintenance supervision Deliver notices and newsletters to resident doors Support special projects and operational needs Assist the maintenance team as needed Customer Service & Professional Standards Provide courteous and professional service to residents Maintain a professional appearance Promote a positive image of the property Work effectively with property and maintenance teams Perform other duties as assigned

Grounds and common areas consistently meet company cleanliness standards Properties maintain strong curb appeal Pool and amenity areas remain clean, safe, and inspection-ready Offices, clubrooms, restrooms, laundry rooms, and other facilities are properly maintained Vacant and move-in units are completed within established timelines Maintenance and operational teams receive dependable support Residents experience professional and courteous service Assigned properties maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:
