Men's Locker Room Attendant -
Seasonal Full-Time Reports To:

Golf Services Position Overview Delivers white-glove hospitality and maintains an immaculate, luxury environment within the club's locker room facilities. This role is pivotal in creating an exceptional member experience through anticipatory service, meticulous presentation, and personalized attention to detail. This is a seasonal position October - May.
Key Responsibilities Facility Excellence:
Maintain continuous cleanliness, sanitation, and pristine presentation across all locker room, lounge, and amenity areas throughout the day.
Bespoke Footwear Care:
Perform professional shoe cleaning, polishing, and re-spiking services for members and guests upon request.
Amenity & Inventory Management:
Monitor and consistently replenish premium grooming products, towels, linens, and complimentary food and beverage stations.
Member Relations:
Warmly welcome members and guests by name, cultivating personalized, professional relationships that elevate the private club culture.
Service Recovery & Communication:
Address member inquiries and special requests promptly and discreetly; communicate notable operational or facility occurrences to management.
Operational Synergy:
Collaborate with the broader Golf Operations team to support club tournaments, special events, and day-to-day service execution.
Autonomous Execution:
Maintain a consistent presence at assigned posts, operating with high autonomy and minimal direct supervision. Qualifications & Competencies Polished, professional demeanor with an outgoing personality and a strong commitment to service excellence. Comfortable working professionally and respectfully within a private, discreet locker room environment. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic setting. Dependable work ethic, strong time-management skills, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset. Experience & Language Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in luxury hospitality, private country clubs, or high-end resort operations preferred. Strong command of the English language, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously with members, guests, and executive leadership. Compensation & Benefits $21/hour plus gratuities Five-day workweek; must be available to work weekends and holidays Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance PTO & Personal Days Holiday Pay Staff uniforms provided Complimentary meal while on duty Practice and playing privileges Education Fund available in accordance with club policy EOS Fitness membership available in accordance with club policy Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent bending, reaching, and other physical activities required to maintain the locker room and provide member services.
Pay:
$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
