The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing excellent guest service. Responsibilities Clean and disinfect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities as needed Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when interacting with guests and staff Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored Adhere to hotel policies regarding hygiene, safety, and confidentiality Skills Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or similar cleaning roles is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving furniture or supplies Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes Friendly attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming environment for our guests while developing valuable hospitality skills.
