Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service. Operate cleaning equipment including vacuums, steam cleaners, polishers, and other janitorial tools with proper care. Follow all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, outdoor work environments, and equipment use to ensure personal and client safety. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with cleaning detergents and proper handling of cleaning chemicals for effective sanitation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large items during deep cleans or outdoor work tasks. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client homes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs and expectations.
