Position Type:

Full-Time Mulholland Tennis Club is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented maintenance staff to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our members and guests. If you take pride in your work and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance duties including:

• Painting
• Minor equipment repairs HVAC
• Maintenance of tennis courts
• Light electrical work
• Handling AV and WIFI requests from members and guests Perform general housekeeping duties, including:
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing floors
• Cleaning restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas
• Washing and folding towels in the laundry room
• Cleaning windows and mirrors
• Power washing
• Cleaning and maintaining tennis courts
• Set up and break down for club events Other duties include but are not limited to:
• Organize and maintain janitorial storage areas
• Restock cleaning and maintenance supplies as needed
• Report any safety hazards, repairs, or maintenance concerns to supervisors
• Ensure all work meets club cleanliness and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping, maintenance or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform repetitive movements, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and standing for extended periods

Work Schedule:

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
