Job Description

Marina del Rey Hotel is searching for a House Attendant to join the team! The House Attendant will be responsible for the cleaning of all public and common areas of the hotel and assist in housekeeping. Core functions of the position, but are not limited to the following; Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests. Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members. Clean entire grounds of trash and cigarette butts. Run laundry and empty housekeepers' trash. Clean lobby, exterior windows, hallways, walkways, railings, stairwells, pool furniture, ice and vending machines. Maintain cleanliness of dumpster areas, sand urns, exterior light fixtures, public benches, exterior of guest room doors. Shampoo carpets as assigned. Turn mattresses as assigned. Clean guestroom sliding glass doors as assigned. Report any missing/found articles, or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Assist maintenance department with basic repairs (plumbing, carpentry). Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel. Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management. Pay Range:
