What You'll Do You'll help deliver PPC's premium cleaning experience in homes throughout the Monterey Peninsula.

Services may include:

Recurring residential cleaning Deep cleans Signature Home Resets Move-in and move-out cleaning Post-staging cleaning Kitchens and bathrooms Bedrooms and living spaces Dusting and surface cleaning Vacuuming and mopping Light organization Bed making Trash removal Interior glass touch-ups Before-and-after photos Completing PPC's job checklist before leaving Our goal is simple: Leave every home noticeably better than you found it and give every client a five-star experience. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has professional residential cleaning experience Takes pride in detailed, high-quality work Is dependable and shows up when committed Has reliable transportation Is willing to travel to jobs throughout Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, and nearby communities Communicates clearly and professionally Is comfortable working independently or alongside another cleaner Has a friendly and respectful attitude around clients Can follow cleaning checklists and job instructions Can take clear before-and-after photos Understands that great cleaning is about service , not just completing tasks Treats clients' homes and belongings with care Experience operating your own cleaning business or completing private residential cleaning jobs is a major plus. Compensation PPC uses a performance-based compensation structure with opportunities to earn more as you prove reliability, quality, and efficiency.

Typical compensation levels include:

Trial Cleaner:

approximately $25/hour equivalent

PPC Cleaner:

approximately $30/hour equivalent Advanced /

Lead Cleaner:
