Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping / Custodian to maintain cleanliness and order across our facilities. This role intales all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for staff and patients, and visitors. Your approach to cleaning, maintenance, and facility upkeep will help create a positive environment that reflects our commitment to our patiens. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, clinic rooms and common spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. Conduct janitorial duties such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Maintain floor care by ensuring the floors are safe and visually appealing. Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly. Use proper safety procedures during cleaning activities to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others. Requirements Must be able to work independently and complete bigger tasks complementory with co-worker. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, pushing, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling frequently. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts. Prior experience in custodial work is desirable, but not required.
