Independent Cleaning Contractor (1099) Apex Home Cleaning LLC is looking for experienced independent cleaning professionals to accept residential cleaning opportunities throughout Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, French Valley, Winchester, and surrounding areas. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Independent contractors receive available cleaning opportunities and may choose which jobs they wish to accept based on their availability and the job details provided. There are no guaranteed hours or guaranteed number of jobs.

Standard residential cleaning Deep cleaning Move-in and move-out cleaning Apartment and condo cleaning Recurring residential cleaning Other residential cleaning opportunities based on contractor availability and experience

What We're Looking For:

Prior professional residential cleaning experience preferred Reliable personal transportation Smartphone with reliable internet access Ability to travel to client locations within the service area Professional and dependable communication Attention to detail Ability to work independently Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment Comfortable working in occupied and unoccupied residential properties

Independent Contractor Opportunity:

Choose whether to accept or decline individual cleaning opportunities Flexible availability No guaranteed weekly hours No requirement to accept a minimum number of jobs Contractors are responsible for their own transportation, supplies, equipment, taxes, and business expenses Contractors perform services independently General liability insurance is preferred. A background screening may be required before receiving cleaning opportunities.

Compensation:

Compensation is provided per accepted cleaning job, with the amount disclosed before the contractor accepts the opportunity. If you are an experienced cleaning professional looking for flexible cleaning opportunities while operating independently, we would like to hear from you.
