Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all areas Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface cleaning Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or large items with proper technique Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patios or entryways Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction Follow time management practices to complete assigned tasks promptly without compromising quality Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with clear client communication Familiarity with cleaning detergents and supplies for different surfaces and materials Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during scheduled shifts Physical strength for heavy lifting and manual handling activities Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces when needed Knowledge of housekeeping management principles for maintaining organized workflows We're looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about creating clean, healthy environments.
