The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance. Launder linens and other items as needed to ensure cleanliness and freshness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards. Assist with custodial duties in shared spaces as required, ensuring all areas are kept clean and orderly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Must have your OWN cleaning supplies Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in commercial cleaning and residential cleaning preferred. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices for effective organization of tasks. Ability to perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and polishing various types of flooring. Familiarity with sanitation practices to maintain health standards in cleaning processes. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results in all cleaning tasks. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to complete assigned duties.
