Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant, where your keen eye for detail and passion for cleanliness will create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas. Your energetic approach will ensure that each space is spotless, organized, and inviting, contributing directly to an exceptional guest experience. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop valuable custodial skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to meet quality standards Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and stairwells Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to ensure swift resolution Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to uphold sanitation standards and prevent hazards Assist with laundry duties by collecting, sorting, and folding linens and towels efficiently Support team members during busy periods by helping with additional cleaning tasks as needed Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required; training will be provided Experience in commercial cleaning or hospitality environments is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail Strong physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests through your dedication to cleanliness and service excellence!
