Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas. Execute detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, floor care, and carpet cleaning to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and adhering to health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents' or guests' requests for additional cleaning or amenities. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly for optimal performance. Support housekeeping management with inventory control, scheduling assistance, and quality inspections to ensure consistent service excellence. Experience Proven custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable. Prior hotel housekeeping experience is a strong plus, demonstrating familiarity with hospitality standards. Experience with residential cleaning tasks such as laundry, floor care, and sanitation procedures is preferred. Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and equipment operation enhances your suitability for the role. Background in housekeeping management or supervising teams can be beneficial for leadership opportunities. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety protocols ensures effective and safe work practices.
