Coloma Resort & Coloma Outdoor Discovery School Located in beautiful Coloma We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team at our campground resort and outdoor school facility. This is a seasonal summer position with the possibility of extension beyond the summer season for the right candidates. Our property includes cabins, bunkhouses, restrooms, and common guest areas that require a high standard of cleanliness and organization to create an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities Clean and maintain cabins, bunkhouses, restrooms, and common areas Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the Housekeeping Manager Follow cleaning checklists and company standards Operate and drive golf carts safely around the property Assist with deep cleaning and turnover preparation during busy weekends Maintain a professional and positive attitude with guests and staff Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and efficiently Must be dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be available to work Sundays Valid driver's license preferred for golf cart operation Must be able to successfully pass a background check Position Details Seasonal summer employment Opportunity for extended employment after summer season Weekend and holiday availability required Outdoor work environment in a campground/resort setting Ideal Candidate We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, notice the small details, and enjoy helping create a clean and welcoming environment for guests, families, and school groups.
