Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and work well individually and with a team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a welcoming environment for our members and staff. Duties The hours for this position are from 3:30pm-12am Friday / 1:30pm-10pm weekends. Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, bathrooms, exterior walkways and spaces, ensuring all surfaces are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established housekeeping protocols to ensure compliance with Sun Oaks' standards along with health and safety regulations. Cleaning, preparing and closing the facility and pools for the night. Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Ability to work independently and efficiently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
