ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Housekeeper at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will help keep our community clean, comfortable, and welcoming for residents and guests. You will clean resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and shared areas while helping maintain the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality our residents deserve. The ideal candidate has professional housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, senior living community, healthcare setting, or other multi-unit environment. We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper or Room Attendant who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating clean and welcoming spaces. You enjoy helping others, working as part of a team, and staying active while completing your work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean and sanitize resident apartments and bathrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, and spot-cleaning carpets. Collect, wash, dry, fold, and return resident laundry to the correct apartment. Clean and maintain hallways, offices, and common areas throughout the community, including dusting, vacuuming, and spot-cleaning carpets. Clean and sanitize common-area bathrooms, restock supplies, and keep them fresh, clean, and ready for residents and guests. Empty trash, replace liners, and properly dispose of waste throughout the community. Follow housekeeping, sanitation, and safety procedures to help maintain a clean and healthy environment. Provide friendly, respectful service and communicate professionally with residents, families, guests, and team members. Help create a welcoming environment by making cleanliness, hospitality, and resident satisfaction a priority every day. Our certification says Great Place to Work®.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Housekeeper in hotels or comparable setting Ability to organize and prioritize work independently and efficiently Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English Ability to work assigned shifts which may include early morning, weekends and holidays Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community Offers of employment are contingent upon completion of applicable post-offer pre-employment screenings, which may include a job-related background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing, consistent with applicable laws.
