Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work or janitorial roles is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety protocols related to heavy lifting and manual handling. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences or sites. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning tasks or outdoor surface maintenance. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
