Requirements:

Independent contractor (1099) Your own liability insurance before your first client job. About $15/month, we send you the exact link and walk you through it Background check before your first client job (we cover the cost) Reliable transportation and your own equipment and supplies 2+ years of residential cleaning experience Professional, punctual, detail-oriented. Our clients book the same cleaner every visit, so reliability is the whole job Based in or able to reliably cover the San Fernando Valley or Santa Clarita About the work: You clean residential homes to a consistent premium standard. We provide the clients, the schedule, and the scope. You show up on time, complete the clean, send your before and after photos, and get paid per completed job. This role is best for cleaners who want steady, predictable volume instead of constantly hunting for private clients.
