The Fragrance-Free Cleaning Co. is a new residential cleaning company launching in Santa Paula and the surrounding area, built around a simple promise: no synthetic fragrance, no harsh chemicals — just thorough, reliable, health-conscious cleaning safe for kids, pets, and sensitive households.

What You'll Do:

Perform residential cleaning (standard, deep clean, move-in/move-out) using our documented non-toxic, fragrance-free cleaning protocol — full training provided Communicate professionally with clients and management regarding scheduling and job details Maintain and care for company-provided equipment (HEPA vacuum, cleaning kit)

What We're Looking For:

Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required — full training provided Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed) Strong attention to detail and pride in thorough work Trustworthy, comfortable working independently in clients' homes Comfortable around pets Must pass a background check Reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator

Hiring Process:

Candidates who move forward will complete a paid trial clean before any final hiring decision — this lets us both confirm it's a good fit, and you're compensated for your time regardless of outcome.
