Housekeeper / Home Care Specialist Mountain High Property Care Truckee & North Lake Tahoe, CA Part-Time Seasonal Job Overview Mountain High Property Care is a family-owned property management company specializing in second homes throughout the Tahoe-Truckee area. We care for homes as if they were our own, providing exceptional service for homeowners who trust us with their properties year-round. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper who takes pride in their work and understands that every detail matters. If you enjoy working independently, appreciate beautiful homes, and want to be part of a supportive local team, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Perform detailed residential cleaning of luxury homes Prepare homes for homeowner and guest arrivals Change bed linens and make beds to a high standard Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas as assigned Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and polish surfaces Restock household supplies and report inventory needs Report maintenance concerns or damage immediately Complete cleaning checklists and document completed work Work independently while maintaining company quality standards Occasionally assist with seasonal home preparations and special projects What We're Looking For Previous residential or vacation home cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Comfortable using smartphones for schedules, photos, and communication Must be dependable, trustworthy, and respectful of clients' homes and privacy Schedule Needed Thursdays and Fridays between 9 am and 7 pm Some weekends during busy seasons may be available Approximately 6-20 hours per week, depending on season and availability Why Join our Team?
