Job Summary:

As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guest rooms and common areas are impeccably clean and inviting for our guests. You will be an integral part of our hospitality team, contributing to a positive guest experience through your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness.

Duties:

• Perform industrial cleaning tasks in guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and replenishing amenities
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and lounges
• Adhere to housekeeping management standards to meet quality and cleanliness expectations
• Ensure proper custodial care of all assigned areas
• Utilize floor care techniques to maintain cleanliness and appearance
• Work efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to cleanliness and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and bending
