Duties Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing to preserve the appearance and safety of all flooring types. Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas to meet health standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits. Manage janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is well-maintained. Assist with housekeeping management duties when needed, coordinating schedules or supervising other cleaning staff in larger settings like hotels or facilities. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or janitorial roles; hotel or housekeeping management experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, sanitation standards, and laundry processes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and reaching high or low areas. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and sanitation tools. Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is highly desirable.
