The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Perform assistance to our housekeeping team for the cleaning of guest rooms, including linen distribution and trash cleaning around facilities. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Change linens and replenish supplies in guest rooms as needed. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry duties as required. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Qualifications Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; hospitality experience is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and janitorial practices is essential. Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial roles is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor toward guests and colleagues.
