Overview We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented cleaning professionals to join our team for model home cleaning and final construction cleaning projects. This role involves preparing newly built or renovated residential properties for occupancy by ensuring they are spotless, sanitized, and ready for clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of model homes and new construction sites, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and utility areas Handle floor care tasks such as polishing, and maintaining hardwood or tile surfaces Manage sanitation procedures to uphold health and safety standards throughout the property Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client requests professionally and promptly Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies efficiently to complete tasks effectively Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage This job starts at 2:00 AM . transportation is required. This is a great job for somebody looking to make extra money. Requirements Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment or furniture when necessary Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high-quality work standards
