$21.00 The Housekeeping Inspector ensures that guest rooms, suites, and assigned public areas meet established cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards. This role conducts detailed inspections, verifies compliance with housekeeping procedures, identifies deficiencies, and supports the housekeeping team through coaching, follow‑up, and quality‑assurance practices. The Housekeeping Inspector helps maintain a consistently high level of guest readiness throughout the property. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and assigned public areas to ensure they meet company cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards. Verify that room attendants follow proper cleaning procedures, sanitation guidelines, and equipment‑use protocols. Identify deficiencies, document findings, and communicate corrective actions to team members and supervisors. Perform re‑inspections to ensure issues are resolved and standards are met. Support training efforts by reinforcing proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety practices. Respond to guest concerns related to room quality and coordinate timely resolutions. Maintain accurate inspection records, productivity logs, and quality‑assurance reports. Communicate effectively with Housekeeping leadership, Front Desk, and Engineering to support room readiness, maintenance needs, and operational priorities. Assist with inventory checks for linens, amenities, and supplies. Maintain a professional, friendly, and service‑oriented demeanor at all times. Perform additional duties or special assignments as required. What You Will Need High school diploma or GED preferred. One to two years of housekeeping or hotel operations experience preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, sanitation practices, and room presentation requirements. Ability to identify deficiencies and communicate corrective actions clearly. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy under time pressure. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Ability to obtain and maintain any required state gaming or regulatory licenses.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the property for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds as needed. Ability to work in guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and back‑of‑house spaces including high‑rise hotel environments. Ability to work in areas with variable temperatures, noise levels, and cleaning chemicals. Ability to use elevators, stairs, and service corridors. Compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.TOGETHER WE WIN
