What You'll Do:
The Housekeeping Administrative Assistant is a key position within the Housekeeping department and handles many of the behind-the-scenes duties which allow our resort to function. The Admin partners with the Housekeeping management team to ensure the smooth operation of our Housekeeping department. This position will be responsible for the timekeeping, payroll, onboarding, key access, and uniform/equipment inventory of employees and contracted workers. The ideal candidate will be well organized, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Full-time, year-round position with benefits eligibility. Position starts at $20.00

DOE Duties/Responsibilities:
Track time and attendance for employees and contracted workers Oversee uniform and equipment (radios, etc.) inventory Assign and manage key access Communicate with other departments regarding updates, closures, etc. Attend and maintain notes for department meetings/trainings
What You'll Bring:
1+ years experience in housekeeping/resort operations
  • preferred 1+ years experience working in an office/administrative setting
  • preferred Conversational or better Spanish fluency
  • preferred Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • preferred Experience with ALICE hotel management software
  • preferred Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • required
