A busy, active family of four (with two young children and a third baby on the way!) living in Breckenridge is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper. The goal of this position is to help keep a 4,500 sq ft home (5 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms) organized, pristine, and running smoothly.

Schedule :

Total hours : 10 hours per week to start

Days :

Monday and Thursdays Hours :

9:00 AM - 12:00

PM Key Responsibilities :

Housecleaning :

Deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms. Tidying up : Wiping down outdoor furniture, organizing toys, picking up living spaces, and general straightening. Kitchen help : Washing dishes, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and wiping down counters. Light laundry : Washing, folding, and putting away children's clothes and family linens.

Requirements :

Communication :

Must be fluent in English for clear communication.

Experience :

Previous experience in residential cleaning or private home housekeeping preferred.

Environment :

Must be reliable, trustworthy, and completely comfortable working around young children.

Transit :

Reliable transportation suitable for Breckenridge winter weather and mountain driving.

Traits :

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting attitude.

Compensation & Opportunity :

Pay rate : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Growth :

This position begins as a part-time role but has strong potential to grow into a more significant, long-term, permanent position with more hours as the family expands.
