In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment for our guests by performing thorough cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your attention to detail and proactive attitude will ensure every guest experiences comfort and cleanliness during their stay. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience while working in a lively, fast-paced environment. Duties Perform detailed cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards. Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff. Follow safety procedures during cleaning tasks and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe environment. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably within hospitality or hotel environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, upholstery cleaning, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving furniture or equipment when necessary.
