Housekeeper - Kansagra Partners Job Summary Kansagra Partners is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper for the Super 8 in Durango to support our growing hospitality portfolio. In this essential role, you will help deliver a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that directly impacts guest satisfaction and brand reputation. Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This is a paid position offering hands-on experience in hospitality operations with opportunities for skill development and career growth. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture, in accordance with brand and company standards Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and common areas Replenish guest amenities, linens, towels, and toiletries to ensure a consistent and comfortable guest experience Maintain cleanliness in public spaces, including lobbies, restrooms, and other shared areas Properly handle waste disposal and janitorial tasks while maintaining efficiency and organization Follow all safety and chemical-handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment Identify and report maintenance concerns or damages promptly to management Support housekeeping leadership with inventory awareness and adherence to assigned cleaning schedules Qualifications & Experience Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required; training is provided Familiarity with general cleaning practices, floor care, and janitorial procedures is beneficial Experience in a hospitality environment is a plus and demonstrates an understanding of guest service expectations Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning equipment and chemicals Supervisory or lead housekeeping experience is a plus but not required Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team Why Join Kansagra Partners?
