Getz Lawn is expanding into residential house cleaning and we are looking for an experienced, professional house cleaner to help us grow this side of the business. We are not looking for someone brand new to cleaning. We are looking for someone with real residential cleaning experience who can work independently, represent our company well, and deliver high-quality results without constant supervision. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hardworking, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in very nice homes for successful clients.

What we are looking for:

Past professional residential cleaning experience Experience leading a cleaning team or working independently at a high level Trustworthy, dependable, and professional Strong attention to detail Good communication and customer service Comfortable working in high-end homes Comfortable recommending add-on services when appropriate Able to follow company standards and checklists Comfortable taking before and after photos for quality control Takes pride in their work and shows up consistently

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality residential house cleaning Complete standard cleans, deep cleans, and other residential cleaning services Follow checklists and company standards on every job Take before and after photos as required Communicate clearly about job progress, issues, and opportunities for add-ons Represent the company professionally in clients' homes Maintain quality, reliability, and attention to detail without needing close supervision

Requirements:

Prior residential house cleaning experience required Leadership experience in cleaning is a plus Must be able to work independently Must be reliable and punctual Must have strong communication skills Must be comfortable in client-facing situations Must have reliable transportation Must be comfortable using a personal vehicle for work-related travel between job sites Must be able to provide references Before and after photos of past work are a plus

Pay:

$22 to start and will move to $25 per hour depending on experience, reliability, and ability to work independently for more experienced candidates. Mileage reimbursement available for work-related travel between job sites Ideal candidate: This position is best for someone who already knows how to clean professionally, can be trusted in clients' homes, notices details, communicates well, and understands how important quality and professionalism are. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a company and help us build a strong residential cleaning division.
